Eco-IVF does not accept any insurance assignments but will provide a receipt for the cycle fee paid, with full explanation of services. Patients can use this receipt in attempts to receive reimbursements from medical insurances. No other receipts will be issued, however, and Eco-IVF and/or CHR cannot be held responsible whether insurance reimbursements are, or are not, received.

The IVF Cost for the IVF Cycle are as follows:
IVF CYCLE, including all medications, cycle monitoring by ultrasound and blood tests, egg retrieval, fertilization, ICSI and embryo transfer is: $4,950. (Please note that this fee does NOT include any pretesting costs, prior to IVF cycle start. These tests can, however, be perfomed at the primary care physician.)
